Shipping policy

 

Varelune strives for an enviable online shopping experience for all of our customers. Our orders are dispatched from our Head Office and Warehouse in the Barossa Valley, South Australia. We ship orders using third party shipping services: Australia Post, Aramex and FedEx.

We process orders within 1-3 business days. 

Domestic Shipping to Australia & New Zealand

Free for orders over $100.

Standard Shipping is $10 for orders under $100. Express Shipping can be selected at checkout for $25.  

Standard Shipping - Australia Metro Areas: 4-7 Business days from dispatch - Regional Areas: 7-14 Business days from dispatch.

New Zealand is shipped with Australia & NZ Post - normally 5-8 days shipping time. However we have been notified of Auckland customs experiencing delays clearing goods through their airport, which is unfortunately outside of our control and causing delays of some NZ orders.

International Shipping - United States of America

Shipping fees vary depending on the order weight and destination. All international are dispatched within 3 working days from South Australia.

Standard Shipping to America is $15US or free for orders above $100. Please allow 1-3 weeks from dispatch.

International Shipping - Rest of the world

Fulfilling and Delivering 

Our obligations for fulfilling the orders are to pack, post and deliver the order using a Third Party Provider. Once the order has been delivered by the Third Party Provider our obligations are deemed completed. Should there be a discrepancy relating to delivery, we will liaise with the Third Party Provider on our customer's behalf.  However, once the order has been delivered, as per instructions from the customer (if any), with proof of delivery from the third party provider, our responsibility on the order is complete.
